Accessibility statement

RPM Mobile Detailingaims to provide a website that is usable by every visitor, including visitors with disabilities. This statement explains what we’ve done, what we’re still working on, and how to reach us with feedback.

Conformance target

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA. The site is regularly audited against this standard; if you find a barrier, please tell us.

What we’ve done

• Semantic structure — every page uses native nav, header, main, section, and footer landmarks with a single H1 per page
• Skip-to-content link — a keyboard-visible “skip to main content” link appears at the top of every page on first Tab
• Color contrast — body text passes WCAG AAA (18.9:1); muted text passes AA (6.8:1); the CTA button surface passes AA both ways
• Keyboard navigable — every CTA, link, FAQ accordion, and booking-wizard step is reachable by keyboard with visible focus rings on :focus-visible
• Reduced motion — all decorative animations and the auto-scrolling brand marquee respect prefers-reduced-motion: reduce
• Alt text — every meaningful image has an alt attribute; decorative images are marked aria-hidden
• Form labels — every booking-wizard field is paired with a real label and error messaging is announced to screen readers
• Color is not the only signal — required states, errors, and tier selections are reinforced with text and icons in addition to color

Known limits

• The map polygon in step 1 of the booking wizard is a visual aid; the underlying zip-tier check is exposed to screen readers via the zip input, but the polygon itself is not separately navigable
• The Cal.com embed used for slot selection is governed by Cal.com’s accessibility statement; we monitor it but do not control its internal accessibility
• Some third-party photography we display does not include long-description alternatives. Please contact us if you need a verbal description of a specific image

Tested with

We test the booking wizard with: keyboard-only navigation on Chrome and Safari, screen readers VoiceOver (macOS / iOS) and NVDA (Windows), and the latest stable versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
