Terms of service

Effective May 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of RPM Mobile Detailing (“RPM,” “we”) services and our website at /preview/rpm-mobile-detailing. By booking a detail, paying a deposit, or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Booking and scheduling

You may book an appointment through the wizard, by phone at (305) 000-0000, by email at owner@rpmmobiledetailing.example, or by direct message on Instagram. A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation (email or SMS) referencing your service, date, time window, and address.

Deposits and payment

A deposit is required at booking to secure the slot. Deposits are charged through Stripe to our connected account. The remaining balance is due at the time of service and may be paid by card, Apple Pay, Zelle, or cash.

Quote-only services (paint correction, ceramic coating, fleet) require a quote before deposit collection. Once you accept the quote, the deposit terms above apply.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule via the magic link in your confirmation email or by texting / emailing the contact above. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before the slot start. Travel fees are always refundable. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window forfeit the deposit but never the travel fee.

Mobile service delays

RPM is a mobile service. Traffic, prior jobs running long, or weather can shift the start of your appointment by a window. If we’re running behind, we will text the number on your booking. We will never leave you waiting in silence.

Vehicle access and on-site requirements

  • Provide a parking spot near the vehicle for the duration of the service
  • Ensure the vehicle is unlocked or that you are available to grant access
  • Remove valuables and personal items before we arrive
  • If the work is at a high-rise garage, confirm the building permits mobile detailing in advance

Workmanship and satisfaction

If something isn’t right when we’re done, tell us before we leave and we’ll make it right on the spot. Beyond that, the satisfaction window for documented issues is 24 hours after job completion. See our refund policy for the full procedure.

Paint correction and ceramic — limits

Paint correction is finishing work, not paint replacement. We provide a documented before-and-after with paint depth measurements. Subsequent damage (rock chips, wash marring, recoated panels) is outside the scope of the original correction.

Ceramic coatings are warrantied per the product manufacturer’s terms; we will provide the warranty card with every ceramic job. Warranty does not cover neglect, abrasive recovery washes, or accidents.

Liability

RPM’s liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; if so, the limit applies to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The RPM name, logo, and site content are our property. You may not reproduce, modify, or use them without written permission.

Dispute resolution and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Before filing, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email or phone for at least 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be emailed to anyone with an active booking.
