Terms of service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your booking and use of mobile car detailing services from Glass Mobile Detailing ("Glass," "we," "us"), a sole-proprietor business operating in East Valley — Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Arizona. By booking a service through our website, by phone, or by SMS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not book the service.
1. Services
Glass provides mobile car detailing services including (but not limited to) interior detailing, full detailing, exterior wash + wax, mini interior detail, basic wash, and mold remediation. All services are performed at the address you specify (driveway, garage, office lot) within our service area in East Valley — Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek.
2. Booking + scheduling
- Booking holds your time slot for 15 minutes. If deposit is not received within 15 minutes, the slot is released.
- You must be present (or have an authorized adult present) at the start of the appointment to grant access to the vehicle and confirm scope.
- You must provide a safe, legal place to park and ~3-4 hours of uninterrupted access. Glass carries water and power; we don't need an outlet or hose.
- Please remove personal items, valuables, and child seats prior to arrival. Glass is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
3. Pricing + estimates
Prices listed on our website are starting prices based on a small/medium sedan in average condition. Final price is confirmed after on-site inspection and may vary based on vehicle size, condition (pet hair, mold, heavy soil), and add-ons. We will quote any change before starting work. Mold remediation is always quoted-only after photos + on-site inspection.
4. Deposits + payment
- A non-refundable deposit is collected at booking via Stripe to secure your slot.
- The deposit is applied to the final invoice on the day of service.
- Balance is due upon completion. We accept credit/debit, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash.
- Fleet + commercial customers may request invoiced terms; net-15 by default.
5. Cancellations + rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel at no charge if you give us 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Weather-related rescheduling (heavy rain, lightning) is at no charge from either side.
6. Refunds + satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion (SMS, email, or in person) so we can return to address the issue at no additional charge. Mold remediation includes a 30-day smell-back guarantee: if the treated odor returns within 30days, we'll re-treat at no charge. Refunds beyond the deposit are at Glass's discretion and are processed within 5 business days via Stripe.
7. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle and condition information at booking
- Disclose any pre-existing damage, electrical issues, or aftermarket modifications that may affect cleaning (e.g., wrapped paint, PPF, ceramic coating, soft tops)
- Remove personal items and valuables prior to service
- Provide a safe place to park; Glass is not responsible for tickets or tow charges incurred on customer-selected parking
8. Limits on the work
Glasswill not remove seats for routine details (seats are part of the vehicle's safety system). Seat removal for mold remediation is quoted separately and may require a follow-up appointment. Wax does not remove paint scratches; visible swirls or scratches require paint correction, which is a separate service. We do not perform engine bay or undercarriage cleaning.
9. Limitation of liability
Glass will exercise reasonable care while performing services. Glass is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage discovered or made more visible by cleaning
- Delicate trim, badges, or decals that detach due to age or adhesive failure
- Aftermarket parts installed without proper sealing
- Damage to undisclosed wrapped paint, soft-top vinyl, or compromised ceramic coatings
- Items left in the vehicle
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
In any case, Glass's total aggregate liability for any single appointment is capped at the amount you paid for that appointment.
10. Governing law + disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will first be addressed informally by contacting Glass at GlassMobileDetailing@gmail.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved in the small-claims or state courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email. Continued use of the booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
