what we provide

detailingsites.agency builds and hosts booking and customer-acquisition websites for mobile car detailing businesses. tiers and pricing are listed on the homepage. the buyer (you, the detailer) owns the customer data, the business name, and the booking pipeline. we own the underlying code templates and the booking-wizard + service-area-map framework.

payments

payments are processed by stripe. we do not store credit card information on our servers. site tier purchases are one-time charges. retainer subscriptions (care $35/mo, maintain $75/mo, scale $120/mo, concierge custom) are recurring monthly. domain renewal subscriptions ($20/yr) are recurring annual. all subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the customer portal.

refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee on site tier purchases. if you are not happy with the build, request a full refund within 14 days of launch via the questionnaire-gated review process. owner reviews and decides within 2 business days. retainer subscriptions: 72-hour refund window after each charge, full refund of that month if requested within 72 hours, no questions asked; after 72 hours, standard cancel-anytime-stops-next-renewal applies. domain renewal: prorated refund if you cancel within 30 days of the annual charge.

on-time delivery guarantee

we deliver your polished site, tier features, and custom domain within 7 calendar days of receiving your completed intake form. if we miss the deadline due to our delay (not yours), you receive a flat $75 refund — one number, one trigger, no per-day math, no caps. for cold-outreach customers, the demo URL has been live since our first DM and stays live throughout the 7-day window.

uptime promise

starter: 3 months. growth: 6 months. pro: 12 months. if something we built breaks (site, calendar, deposit flow, custom email) during the uptime window, we fix it free. excludes vercel-wide outages, your domain registrar, your stripe, your cal.com, and dns misconfigurations on your side.

active support window

starter: 30 days. growth: 60 days. pro: 90 days. open-ended “ask for anything” labor — copy tweaks, layout changes, feature additions, bug fixes — for the support window from launch. after the window ends, the care retainer ($35/mo) takes over for ongoing changes.

custom domain stays yours

cancel any time. we transfer your custom domain out to whatever registrar you want. we don't hold domains hostage. if you registered through us (path b), we don't require you to re-purchase or pay any transfer-out fees.

cancellation + ownership

cancel anytime. when you cancel, we hand off the site files to you in writing, transfer the custom domain out to a registrar of your choice, and stop future charges. your customer data (cal.com bookings, stripe history) lives in your accounts and is not affected by cancellation.

sms messaging

detailingsites.agency operates an opt-in sms program (toll-free us number) on behalf of our detailer customers, used for booking confirmations, 24-hour appointment reminders, abandoned-deposit reminders, and quarterly reactivation messages. customers opt in via a clearly-labeled consent checkbox on the booking form. message and data rates may apply. reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for assistance. we do not share opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. full program details, message frequency, sample messages, and ctia compliance language are in our privacy policy.

limitation of liability

our total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the incident. we are not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, or third-party service outages (stripe, cal.com, vercel, your domain registrar).
